Cancellation Policy

Climate Crisis Resilience Tax
According to Article 24 of Greek Law 5162/2024, guests are required to pay the Climate Crisis Resilience upon check-in, which is calculated based on the official category of the accommodation and the period of stay by the Greek Government.

4⭐ hotels: €10 per room/night
3⭐ hotels: €5 per room/night
1-2⭐ hotels: €2 per room/night

5⭐ hotels: €4 per room/night

Pet Policy
• Dogs and cats up to 10 kg are allowed (1 pet per room).
• Cleaning fee: €20 per stay.
• All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations, certified by a licensed veterinarian. The property reserves the right to request proof.
• Pets must not be left unattended in the room.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in all areas of the property.
• Pets must be leashed and supervised in public areas.
• Any disturbance to other guests (e.g., continuous barking) may result in penalties or removal of the pet from the property.
